Stay Strong, Stay Healthy light weight-training class

The University of Missouri Extension and State Fair Community College are excited to announce a Stay Strong, Stay Healthy class begining on May 9, 2012!
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a light weight-training program for adults and older adults. This is not heavy body building, but light weight-training for health benefits. Everyone will start at a level that is right for them, no one is too inactive to participate.
Class will meet weekly for one hour for ten weeks. Classes will be held at the State Fair Community College Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Cost for the program is $25.00.
