The Daum Museum of Contemporary Art opened in 2002 on the campus of State Fair Community College. The art collections and publications of the Daum shed light on the stimulating complexity of contemporary art. The museum exhibits selections from the permanent collection including paintings, drawings, prints, works in clay, and sculpture created in the mid-20th century. Featured artists include Andy Warhol, Dale Chihuly, Helen Frankenthaler, Robert Motherwell, Peter Voulkos, Louise Bourgeois, and Betty Woodman. |

Built in 1896 to as a fully functional railroad station, today the Katy Depot serves as Sedalia's official welcome center and is currently occupied by the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce, Sedalia Convention and Visitors Bureau, the railroad heritage exhibits, The Depot Store, and serves as a Trailhead to the Katy Trail State Park.
Champion Bicycles is located in the Katy Depot in Sedalia, Missouri on the Katy Trail. The bicycle shop offers rentals, repair and service on all makes and brands, a full line of parts and accessories. Also, drinks and snacks are available. Katy Trail State Park.
