$40Classes are 30 minute HIIT sessions for women and newly added co-ed classes!
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays in September at 7am or 5:15pm.
Co-ed Class will be held at 7am. $40 for the sessions.
Women only class will be held at 5:15pm. $35 for the session, no evening class will be held on September 23rd.
Taught by ISSA Certified Personal Trainer Ahfton Rupe!
