DESCRIPTION:Donktoberfest is a fun\, family-oriented event held on Saturday\, October 28 from 10 am to 4 pm! Attendees will meet the rescues and learn about us\, what we do and why we do it. You will enjoy a variety of activities including a bounce house for the kids\, fun donkey-related crafts\, a kissing booth where you can kiss a donkey\, grooming\, halter-making and more. It is sure to be a favorite event for the whole family.\nAt night on Friday\, October 27 and Saturday\, October 28 from 7 pm to 10:45 pm\, the rescue transforms into a dark\, scary forest full of ghosts and goblins waiting to haunt dreams for eternity. The donkeys will be laughing with us as riders head off into the woods on the wagon. Will they return? Will their bottoms still be dry if they do?\nDon’t forget to bring a bag or box of graham crackers\, unfrosted animal crackers\, vanilla wafers\, or horse treats for entry into a drawing for a special gift. This event is a safe alternative Halloween event for all ages.

DESCRIPTION:A Christmas Carol recounts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge\, an elderly miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley and the spirits of Christmas Past\, Present and Yet to Come. After their visits\, Scrooge is transformed into a kinder\, gentler man.  This Charles Dickens classic is presented by our Reader’s Theatre.

DESCRIPTION:It’s time for the Sedalia Motorcycle Association’s annual Show-Me Bike Show! The show will be held in the Agriculture Building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds on Saturday\, February 3rd. It will be a day of live music\, vendors\, concessions\, swap meet\, and MOTORCYCLES! Admission is $5 per person\, kids 12 and under get in free. Bike registration is 9:00 a.m. until noon\, $15 per bike. There will be 19 classes this year. The Ag Building in located in the southeast section of the fairgrounds.
