We do offer shows in the spring and fall and most of our members do show in the Missouri State Fair. The site will allow members access to pictures from the shows as well as the MSF. While winning is always nice and a reward for hard work done\, the journey to that reward always has those bittersweet moments. Everyone who raises birds for show are winners with a goal of being competitive with quality entries as the main goal. It is okay to ask if someone has poultry available for sell\, but try to refrain from placing for sale posts. Thank you

DESCRIPTION:Stalls are limited to 269 in the brick barns. It will be important to get your stalls ordered early. If your entries won’t be sent in until after the deadline\, stalls MUST be ordered by October 11. Please do not call in your stall orders. All stall orders must be received via email or text to Lynn McCallister at lmcstable@aol.com with STALLS on the subject line\, or send a text to 913-579-7709. \nThe Fairgrounds has the right to cancel the show if the temperature is forecast to be below 32° the week of the show. In the event that this happens\, any money received will be fully refunded. \nCLASS FEES: Academy $30 | Qualifying $40 \nUPHA CLASSICS: Declaration Fee of $50 is required with entry form\, Starting Fee: $50 – this additional fee will be automatically added to your account. If you don’t intend on showing in the class\, you must scratch in the office prior to the session in which the class is held. The declaration fee is non-refundable and added to the prize money. All horses showing in classic classes must have paid the eligibility fee of $100 to the UPHA office by April 1. After April 1\, the eligibility fee becomes $150 per horse. \nThere will be no money added to the classics unless sponsored. All classics qualify for the finals at the 2022 American Royal. \nPREMIUMS: Classes will receive a trophy and six ribbons. \nHEALTH REQUIREMENTS: All horses must present a current negative Coggins test and Health Certificate upon arrival and before entry packets will be released. \nCAMPER FEES: Full hookups with 20/30/50 amp service\, water\, sewer\, waste dump stations. $20 per night for all utilities and $10 per night without utilities. You can hook up on arrival and the facility will come by and collect the fee daily. Over 200 sites available. \nSTALLS & BEDDING: Stalls are available Thursday\, October 20th \nStalls in Brick Barn Only: $95\nJump Outs: Facility charges $5 per day\nShavings: $10 per bale | Brome Hay also available for $15 per bale

The event is free\, and parking will be available in all campus lots. \nAt 6 p.m. in Stauffacher Theatre\, SFCC President Dr. Brent Bates will give a welcome and opening remarks. The celebration features thousands of luminarias\, lavishly decorated trees\, musical performances\, desserts and drinks\, arts\, crafts\, cookie decorating\, and tram rides around campus. Mr. and Mrs. Santa Clause will visit with children\, and Rowdie the Roadrunner and Frosty will spread their holiday cheer throughout the evening. \nAttendees will receive a schedule of performances and activities they come on campus. Schools participating this year include vocal performances by SFCC Jazz and Chamber Choirs\, Camdenton\, School of the Osage\, Warsaw\, Smith-Cotton\, Boonville\, Cole Camp\, Sacred Heart\, Lincoln\, and Versailles. Jazz band performances include SFCC\, Smith-Cotton\, Cole Camp\, and Marshall. The schools participating are subject to change. \nThe SFCC Foundation sponsors Jingle on the Green as a “thank you” to the community. However\, this holiday celebration involves an army of volunteers that include SFCC students\, faculty and staff as well as area high school students and teachers\, community members\, organizations and businesses who contribute to the spirit of giving and caring that makes the evening so special.
