The Missouri State Fairgrounds Historic District contains a significant collection of early 20th century architecture, with 66 buildings and structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Take a self-guided tour and view the architectural styles for yourself. The Missouri State Fairgrounds is one of only five historical state fairgrounds left in the United States today.

Starline Brass Trail's End, Missouri State Fairgrunds corner of 16th Street & Highway 65. Sedalia was one of the earliest cowtowns to which trail bosses herd the catttle into boxcars and ship east by rail. These faboulous bronze sculptures are described at the site with a guide by cell.
