Beginning in 2026, the Sedalia Steamers are making their debut at Liberty Park, replacing the Bombers, who called Sedalia home for several seasons. The transition comes as the team joins the Diamond Baseball League (DBL), a growing organization committed to providing high-quality collegiate summer baseball and an exceptional fan experience.

The DBL leadership team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in professional, independent, minor league, and collegiate baseball, including leadership roles within Major League Baseball. To promote long-term stability, consistency, and growth, the league owns and operates all six of its member teams, ensuring a strong foundation for players, fans, and communities alike.

Visitors and residents alike can look forward to an exciting new chapter of summer baseball at Liberty Park with the arrival of the Sedalia Steamers.
