- Total capacity for all three community rooms is approximately 200 people.
- To receive discount for reserving all three (3) rooms, all rooms must be booked at time of reservation. Example: if only two rooms are booked and then it is requested to add the third room later, the discount will not be valid.
- Audio/visual equipment available: podium/mic, projector, projector screen, and A/V cart for an additional flat fee of $10 per rental date.
- Conference room rentals are only for meetings. Parties, celebrations, or other applications for rental of the conference room will not be allowe

RATE
Rental rate is based on a minimum 4-hour rental. If additional time is needed, additional fees will be applied.
- Maximum attendance of 500 attendees. If anticipated attendance will exceed 500 people, additional fees will be applied.
- Overnight Lock-In Rental Rate: $1,200
- Additional hour(s): $200 per hour
- Additional Attendees (over 500): $5 per person
