Meet with clients in the 750 sq. ft. meeting room with A/V equipment. Hampton Inn is within two miles of Maxion Wheels, WireCo WorldGroup, Gardner Denver Compressor Division, ProEnergy Services, and Sedalia Steel Supply. For conference space, the first-floor meeting room is equipped with a 70″ wall mounted monitor that you can hook a computer up to, flipcharts, and markers. Hampton Inn offers food and beverage service and a 24-hour business center.

• Audio/visual equipment available: podium/mic, projector, projector screen, and A/V cart for an additional flat fee of $10 per rental date.
• Conference room rentals are only for meetings. Parties, celebrations, or other applications for rental of the conference room will not be allowe

RATE

Rental rate is based on a minimum 4-hour rental. If additional time is needed, additional fees will be applied.

• Maximum attendance of 500 attendees. If anticipated attendance will exceed 500 people, additional fees will be applied.
• Overnight Lock-In Rental Rate: $1,200
• Additional hour(s): $200 per hour
• Additional Attendees (over 500): $5 per person

Whether it is a birthday, business meeting, seminar, wedding ceremony, reception, or any other special event you just need help with, we can help! And if you are having an event that requires folks to come from out of town, they offer group room rates to accommodate your guest’s hotel needs.

The Hotel Bothwell offers three large spaces available for your use: the Boardroom, the Truman Room, and the Hotel Bothwell Ballroom. Their staff is available for set up of the space, as well as tear down and cleanup. They can provide tables, chairs, and linens. They also provide items for rent to use while utilizing their facilities such as chairs covers, punch bowl, wrought iron garden arch, and mirrors for the center of tables.

The Ivory Grille Restaurant and Lounge are available for both catering needs and bar needs.

Sedalia Parks and Recreation Department

Shelters houses are available in Sedalia’s parks for your group’s picnic, family reunion or Sunday afternoon outing. Reservation fees vary on the size of shelter you require and reservations may not be made more than one year in advance of the date requested.

Requests may be made by telephone or in person. If the fee is not paid within two weeks, the shelter will become available for other requests. Reservations of less than two weeks from the desired date, must be paid for in advance.

A receipt will be issued upon payment and this must be with you during the use of the shelter and will be your proof of reservation.

State Fair Community College

The buildings on the State Fair Community College main campus have been designed to support the programs, events, meetings, and conferences of SFCC students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests.

State Fair Community College will make its facilities available to off-campus community groups and organizations whenever possible, within the context of the facility use policy and regulation. Noncollege facility users will be charged fees appropriate to the facilities used and the type of organization making the request.

Community groups and organizations using SFCC facilities and requiring food or beverages for their event must contact Catering Services to make necessary arrangements. Catering Services has right of first refusal for all food service/catering for events held on campus.
