It’s a party and you’re invited! What better place to celebrate Missouri’s 200th Birthday than at the Missouri State Fair. The Missouri State Fair Foundation will host an Ice Cream Social in conjunction with the statewide Bicentennial initiative on Tuesday, August 10th at 6:30pm in the Missouri State Fair Public Campgrounds. Missouri’s own Ice Cream Factory will provide the ice cream, including their signature Bicentennial Ice Cream developed especially for Governor Parson.
It is going to be a great evening! Make plans to join us for some pre-Fair fun!
Everyone is invited to attend (even if you are not camping). Several flavors of ice cream will be available in pint size containers on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited. Reserve your pint today!
Directions: Enter the Fairgrounds off of Clarendon Road through Gate 6 or 6A. Park in the “red” Parking Lot immediately west of the Mohler Assembly Hall/National Guard Armory. Use the tunnel immediately north of the Swine Barn to walk under Clarendon Road into the Public Campground. Signs will lead you to the Ice Cream Factory truck. We will have several golf carts available to provide rides as well.
